What You'll Do

As a Bistro Attendant, you'll help create a welcoming dining experience for our guests while delivering friendly, efficient service. In this role, you will:

• Greet guests and provide attentive, professional service.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bistro and service area.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Prepare and deliver room service orders when needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Answer questions about menu offerings, hotel amenities, and local attractions.
• Address guest concerns professionally and help create positive guest experiences.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards.
